My standard block size is about 1" x 1 1/2" x 5". Scales are book matched and are about 3/8" x 1 1/2" x 5".  I do carry oversized blocks of stabilized wood and large pieces of burl.

I carry a full line of Corian, mosaic pins for handles, and Abalone shell. Shell sizes vary but are suitable for inlays or folders.
